We strive for your satisfaction at Madrasi Gadgets. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to assist. To claim a refund or exchange, Just send us a full unboxing video showing the item, packaging, and shipping label. Make sure the video is unedited so we can see everything clearly. This helps us process your request promptly and ensures a smooth resolution. Please note that only damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns:

  • You have 48 Hours after receiving our product to request a return.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at madrasigadgets@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once received, we'll inspect and process the refund/return within 5-7 business day.
  • If the product is being returned without any damage or wrong item sent, the customer is responsible for both up and down shipping charges.

Refunds:

  • You'll get an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
  • Approved Claim will be Refunded to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Exchanges:

  • We only exchange defective or damaged items based on an opening video at no cost.
  • Shipping time for exchanged products varies based on location.

  • We're responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items only.

Returns or order cancellations due to buyer dissatisfaction are not accepted in any circumstances. If you wish to return a product and there was no fault on our part, the buyer is responsible for covering both the outgoing and return shipping charges. If free delivery was provided initially, these shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
